What is a Subprocessor or Third-party processors?
A subprocessor is a third-party data processor engaged by Network Platform Technologies (trading as Qwil Messenger “Qwil) who has or potentially will have access to or process service Data (which may contain personal data). Qwil engages different types of subprocessors to perform various functions, as explained in the tables below.
Due diligence
Qwil undertakes to use a commercially reasonable selection process to evaluate the security, privacy, and confidentiality practices of proposed subprocessors that will or may have access to or otherwise process service data.

AWS
- Purpose: Provide services in relation with the processing of customer support data including SMS services.
- Data processing location: Europe (Entity Service) and various locations and as determined by the Customer. See Master Subscription Agreement.
Twilio SendGrid
- Purpose: Provide services in relation to emails sent as part of the Service (invitation, message reminders etc)
- Data processing location: United States and various locations worldwide to send messages.
Google Cloud
- Purpose: Provide services in relation with the processing of customer support data using Google Cloud Gemini Models. Data is isolated, encrypted, non-persistent and never used to train models. Request AI policy for more details.
- Data processing location: Europe
Company Service Specific subprocessors
Zendesk, Inc.
- Purpose: Provide services in relation with the processing of customer support data
- Data processing location: United States
Stripe, Inc.
- Purpose: Provide services in relation with the processing of payment data
- Data processing location: Europe, United States
CRM: Get Gist, Salesforce, Go High Level, Monday.com.
- Purpose: Business operations such as email marketing, newsletter, CRM, customer support
- Data processing location: United States, Europe
Google Workspace
- Purpose: Email, file storage, telephony
- Data processing location: Europe
Marketing: Instantly, LinkedIn, Convertflow, Webflow
- Purpose: Business operations such as email marketing, outreach, lead generation
- Data processing location: United States, Europe
