Once accepted, you will receive a unique Referral Link or promotional code through our Affiliate Portal (currently Promotekit). When a potential customer clicks your link or enters your code at checkout and completes their subscription purchase, the system automatically attributes that referral to your account.

Commissions are calculated monthly and paid via PayPal or Wise transfer. Payments are typically issued within 60 days of Qwil Messenger receiving payment from the subscriber. Please ensure your electronic transfer information is kept up-to-date in the Affiliate Portal to avoid any payment delays.

Yes, you may invite "Referred Affiliates" to join. However, please note that a Referred Affiliate cannot be an owner, director, agent, or employee of your own existing affiliate entity.

Commissions are earned on our Professional and Business Plans. Please note that Qwil Messenger Enterprise subscriptions are not eligible for commissions. If a referred party starts on a qualifying plan but later upgrades to Enterprise, you will only receive commissions for the period they were on the non-enterprise plan.

If a referred party signs up using fraudulent payment methods or receives a refund according to our policy, a commission will not be earned. If a commission has already been paid for a transaction that is later refunded, we will deduct that amount from your future affiliate payments.

Yes. To maintain the integrity of our brand, affiliates are not permitted to:
- Use paid advertising or "media buying" (e.g., bidding on Google AdWords for our name).
- Use "Qwil Messenger" in your domain name or social media usernames.
- Engage in "cookie-stuffing" or use automated bots to generate clicks.
- Copy the "look and feel" of our website or copy non-affiliate content verbatim.
