We are constantly updating and improving our platform based on user experience and your feedback. Our upcoming release includes the most requested features: receiving an email reminder for unread messages, and Salesforce integration for automatically logging chats and managing invites.
We now have over 2,800 firrms sending thousands of messages and files daily using Qwil Messenger. We continue to deliver new features and are building out-of-the-box integration solutions as part of broader enterprise platform ecosystems. This month we are finalising our status as an ISV partner of Salesforce and making our connector available to customers via their AppExchange.
The next few months will be exciting for both our customers and us. A brand new Salesforce connector is now available, as well as team-based client servicing, automated messaging, with secure video conferencing just around the corner.
This summer we are excited to announce the release of a number of new features and enhancements. There is a lot more on our roadmap as per our product plan including developing secure video and conference calls and connecting businesses to each other (B2B2C). Stay tuned for further updates.
In the space of just a few weeks, businesses have had to rethink their ways of working internally and with clients. Face-to-face conversations are now off the table and digital channel are helping firms adjust their engagement models according to the new reality. Adoption and usage of Qwil Messenger has accelerated and will soon reach 2,600 organisations from major financial institutions and advisory networks through to schools, charities and associations.
